The name

Late 2023, I asked HR for my own employee. Not a person, a placeholder. An AI agent with an email address, a Slack account, a presence in our project tools. The idea: every time we met, we'd ask "Could Aiden do this instead?"

The name came from working across seven markets in multiple languages. AI in English. KI in German. Aiden King.

What began as a digital intern became something else. Aiden writes better than I do. Thinks faster. Never sleeps. For the next year, I signed everything I built with AI as "Aiden King."

And that's exactly why I'm careful.

The more I learn about AI, the more I respect what it can do, and the more I insist on staying in control. Aiden is a tool. A powerful one. But the decisions, the judgment, the ethics: those stay human.

This company exists because most people don't need more AI. They need less of it, applied better. Less noise, more signal. Less options, more direction. The answer to the question they're actually asking, not a dashboard full of data to figure out themselves.

That's Das Wenige. The few and the essential.

I consult, I coach, I build. Sometimes all three, sometimes just one conversation that saves someone from building the wrong thing. That's often the most valuable part.

Aiden does the work. I make sure it matters.
